Dennis boasts over two decades of dedicated leadership within the solar industry. Commencing his journey as an installer, his natural aptitude and leadership acumen swiftly propelled him to the position of Director of Operations at Unlimited Energy, a pioneering solar company in central California. Recognized for his talents, Dennis was scouted during the nascent stages of SolarCity, assuming the role of the company's Regional Director. Under his guidance, the Fresno, CA office was established, and his trajectory continued as he ascended to the position of Regional Vice President. His responsibilities extended to founding and overseeing regional offices, spanning from Bakersfield to the Oregon border. Not confining his impact to the West Coast, Dennis traversed to the East Coast, playing a pivotal role in opening offices in Massachusetts, New York, and New Jersey.

During his tenure at SolarCity, Dennis's influence transitioned from steering a modest Fresno office to overseeing a network of 13 offices, with a workforce of over 800+ individuals under his leadership. Following a brief sabbatical, Dennis assumed the role of Chief Operations Officer at Planet Solar for 2 1/2 years. Notably, in July 2021, Dennis ascended to the position of CEO and emerged as the principal stakeholder in Planet Solar, Inc.
